Cybernow provides cybersecurity services including:

  • Security audits and penetration testing
  • Regulatory compliance (GDPR, Bill 25, PIPEDA)
  • Cybersecurity training and awareness
  • Technical support and security consulting

3. Authorized Use

You agree to use our services only for legal and authorized purposes. It is prohibited to:

  • Violate local, national, or international laws
  • Use our services for malicious activities
  • Attempt to access unauthorized systems

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to our services, reports, tools, and content belong to Cybernow. You receive a limited license to use the services contracted only.

Cybernow is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your information. Data collected and processed is done in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Cybernow is not liable for indirect damages
  • Our liability is limited to the amount of services contracted
  • We do not guarantee absolute security (no system is 100% secure)
  • The client is responsible for implementing recommended measures

8. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing is available upon request and confirmed by contract
  • Payments are due according to agreed terms
  • Late payment may result in additional fees
  • Services may be suspended in case of non-payment

9. Termination

These terms remain in effect until termination by either party according to the terms of the service contract. Cybernow reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if these terms are violated.

10. Force Majeure

Cybernow will not be liable for delays or failures due to force majeure events, including but not limited to: natural disasters, infrastructure failures, major cyberattacks, or government regulations.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Quebec. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Quebec courts.

12. Changes

Cybernow reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or notice on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
